These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site.

Rotana Audio Visual LLC sells tickets on behalf of promoters, producers, teams, performers and venues. We refer to these parties who organize or provide the event and/or from whom we obtain tickets to sell to you as our "Event Partner".

This ticket remains the property of the Event Partner and the venue management/promoter reserves the right at their sole discretion to refuse admission and in this instance a refund may be offered at the sole discretion of the event promoter

This ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Event Partner and/or event. Full details are available on the event website or at the venue box office. Breach of any of these terms and conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the Event Partner to eject you from the venue.

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

Policies set forth by our Event Partners, may prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.

From time to time, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. If you choose to have your tickets couriered the contract for this service is between you and the courier company. Rotana accepts no responsibility for lost tickets.

This ticket can only be purchased for personal use only, and not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise.

Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value is grounds for cancellation without notice or refund.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.

Tickets are non refundable or exchangeable

This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Events Partner. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue, promoter or producer to eject you from the venue.

The venue has the right to conduct security searches. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable interval, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Latecomers not admitted are in no way entitled to a refund; always allow sufficient travelling time to the venue.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen or damaged.

Tickets are sold subject to the Events partner right to alter or vary the bill due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited in some venues. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted in some venues. The promoter or producer accept no responsibility for any personal property. Food and drink/alcohol policies vary so please contact the venue direct.

The venue, promoter or producer reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket at their discretion.

Pass-outs and re-admissions are at the sole discretion of the venue, promoter or producer.

Tickets will usually be sent on the next working day after you have booked. In some cases tickets are not sent until one week before the event at the promoter’s request, should this be the case this will be clearly stated in the event listing.

No parties shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket.
